- How do I get an approval number to bring incoming fill to Bluff City's facility? You must first fill out a clean fill agreement, and fax it to 630-497- 8192. Second, you will need to fill out a Clean Fill Application and fax it to us. If your job approved, you will be issued an approval number for that job. Each and every job MUST be approved before you will be allowed to bring incoming material to Bluff City. Please allow 48 hours for your Clean Fill Application to be processed. - How do I apply for a credit account? Download a credit application, fill it out completely and fax it to 630-497-9800.
- Does Bluff City offer volume discounts? Yes, we do. If you have a large job, please call Odess for pricing (630-497-8700). You must have a valid credit account in order to receive volume discounts.
